 1) Wasserski Langenfeld (Allemagne )

La première base de loisir à s’être équipé d’une  Wave pool est  le téléski-nautique de Lagenfeld en Allemagne situé entre Cologne et Düsseldorf

C’était la première vague artificielle flottante au monde que l’on peut véritablement surfer  en plein air dans un environnement naturel avec une vrai planche de surf , le tout situé au beau milieu de l’Allemagne…
Que vous soyez jeune ou plus âgé, que vous soyez débutant ou surfeur expérimenté, la vague de  SURF LANGENFELD vous offre un de vrai sensations de surf comme en mer.
La première  “UNIT Surf Pool” au monde qui  génère une onde stationnaire qui peut monter jusqu’à 1,60 mètre et le tout en plein milieu du lac principal.

Grâce à sa profondeur d’eau, vous pouvez la  surfer  avec des planches de surf courantes, elle peut accueillir des groupes de 10 personnes max par Heure
Par rapport à d’autres vagues statiques , l’expérience en milieu naturel  est beaucoup plus intense qu’en milieu  Indoor , grâce à se système unique  vous pouvez surfer sur une vague sans fin et vous sentir libre comme sur L’océan , enfin presque ….

2) Wakeparadise MILAN (ITALIE )

Le téléski-nautique de Wakeparadise à Milan à été le deuxième à s’équiper d’une vague Artificielle flottante pour le bonheur de tous les Milannais

Cette piscine de surf est la 2 éme “Unit Surf pool”  elle est aussi bien faite pour les débutants que pour les surfers experts. Grâce aux cours divisées par niveaux de difficulté, et les trois niveaux de vague différentes selon  lesquelles la difficulté de la vague augmente à chaque fois , les instructeurs peuvent garantir un entraînement efficace et assurer une expérience agréable pour tout le monde sans aucun danger ni difficulté .

Par contre , si vous êtes déjà un surfeur expérimenté, vous n’aurez pas à attendre la vague parfaite ou les bonnes conditions océaniques pour atteindre votre objectif de ride, il faut juste avoir une bonne paire de jambes pour pouvoir tenir sur cette vague sans fin aussi longtemps que cella vous est possible

Grace a cette Wave Pool  flottante vous avez juste besoin de vous concentrer exclusivement sur votre ride et apprécier le milieu naturel ou elle se trouve.

3)Exo 38  Tencin (France )

EXO 38 se situe  sur le lac des Martelles à Tencin, à mi chemin entre Grenoble et Chambéry ce spot vous accueille pour faire le plein de sensations fortes.

Le plan d’eau est équipé d’un téléski 5 pylônes pour la pratique du kneeboard, ski nautique et wakeboard, ainsi que que d’une vague à surf artificielle, crée par HYDROSTADIUM.

2019 Langenfeld Open

The second edition of the LANGENFELD OPEN presented by O’Neill is in the books and will be remembered as a milestone in the evolution of Wakepark competitions. Riders from 13 Countries battled it out on the unprecedented setup of UNIT hacks and Wavebreakers. Unstoppable was Daniel Grant and the german Anne Freyer, taking here first ever win in a wakeboard competition with jaw dropping riding.

With the LANGENFELD OPEN 2019 presented by O’Neill, Wasserski Langenfeld as the world’s biggest wakeboard site is once stepping up the game of wakepark competitions. With 65 riders from all over the world and 10.000$ of prizemoney for grabs the show was on in front of crowd of 2800 spectators. The contest mode of LAO would go from a qualification heat mode to a head to head and a superfinal…………..

With the LANGENFELD OPEN 2019 presented by O’Neill, Wasserski Langenfeld as the world’s biggest wakeboard site is once stepping up the game of wakepark competitions. With 65 riders from all over the world and 10.000$ of prizemoney for grabs the show was on in front of crowd of 2800 spectators.

The contest mode of LAO would go from a qualification heat mode to a head to head and a superfinal finish of the best 4 riders. Already the qualification rounds showcased, that the riders lineup could provide some big surprises since the riding level was so high and dense. Big names like Dominik Hernler and former winners Anna Nikstad and John Dreiling couldn’t advance to the head to head rounds.

Intense women final

The pressure for the women was on in the round of 8 to grab a spot in the superfinal. Slowly everybody realized, that this could be the day for Anne Freyer. She amazed with pool gap transfers into the creeper ledge an insane control and flow through the course.

On her side it was Maxine Sapulette (Netherlands), Maryh Rougier (France) and Angelika Schriber (Australia). At the end of an intense final, Anne Freyer made her dream come true taking top of the podium. Maryh Rougier took 2nd place and Maxine Sapulette celebrated her back to back 3rd place at LAO.

Daniel Grant perfect run

In the men’s round of 16, Langenfeld local Rien van der Pas could advance against Englands Joe Battleday but couldn’t keep his level up for the round of 8 match up against Daniel Grant. The superfinal was completed by Brazilian Pedro Caldas, throwing down the biggest frontside 900s, Mr. double roll Liam Peacock and Alfie Constable. Daniel Grant took top honors with a near perfect run in the superfinal followed very closely by Liam Peacock and Pedro Caldas.

The second edition of the LANGENFELD OPEN was a huge success and can hopefully be repeated annually from now on. Find the higlights right here

The event expected of all the best female and male wakeboarders in the world, LAO Langenfeld Open presented by ONeill, is back on Wasserski Langenfeld’s huge spot.

The riders will compete for a cash price of US$10,000 on May 18, 2019 and the final will take place at 3pm.

“The unmatched success of the LANGENFELD OPEN presented by O´Neill left a mark in the worldwide wakeboard scene. Many riders asked for a new edition of the LANGENFELD OPEN presented by O´Neill.
The key feature of the LANGENFELD OPEN presented by O´Neill will be once again the distinctive course setup. Going down at cable 1, one run is limited to half a lap.
Several sections are going to be modified with extraordinary feature-hacks and combined with wave breakers.
O´Neill will be once again the presenting sponsor. This year Nissan, who are supporting the german wakeboard scene for a while now, will be sponsor as well.
The exact format, rules and entry regulations will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
You can be sure that several riders from all over the world are already looking forward riding this unique setup!”
