The Peacocks brothers  headed to 313 cable park , for riding this year , and what a story when they meet Jules Charraud and felix Georgii   two of the  pro Redbull wakeboard team riders   .

Ryan , Liam bro’s  get this famous  light bulb moment  after seeing Jules fishing rod in his room  !

With a bunch of other pro riders they decide to tie up their Go Pro Max to a Fishing rod handled by Jules Charraud  and try if that can be cool to shoot one of their pro riders friend there named Felix Georgii  .

After a tons of few tries , by the way  during a long lucky second they capture the most craziest wakeboarding shot ever.

Wakeboard parks are the perfect playground on a hot summer day to stay active and cool at the same time. Unfortunately, many had to shut their doors over the last months leaving wakeboarders around the blue planet to stay put and just get a glimpse from outside the fence. For Felix this sparked his sheer endless creativity to come up with never-seen-before obstacles and tricks like the handplant frontflip over a golf cart, sliding on a ghost boat or squeezing through a truck wheel in mid air.  The project was filmed and realized in 20 days with the support of a Sculpture Winch,  Thatsoundsmart, Lukas Joas, Jan Kissmann and the whole Süß family. The requirements were clear. We needed a wakepark, a winch, waves and a good time.

And we wanted a film with some story that is fun to watch, entertaining and showcases some hand selected tricks of Felix Georgii, Dom Hernler, Parks Bonifay, Dylan Miller, James Windsor, Joe Battleday, Brenton Priestley, Cameron Graham & Tobias Michell.

Frankly, our trip wasn’t about throwing the hardest tricks at all times. It was also about enjoying ourselves and each other so that everyone could do what he loved most. Isn’t it interesting tho how different board sports influence different riding styles?

Well anyway, enjoy this wakeboard edit that comes with a little twist. With the help of Alan Watts this is our poem to watersports and the element of water itself. It’s about this unique sensation you get no matter if in, under or above the water. Enjoy life, enjoy watersports, try different stuff – we never stop learning. Among the trade fair highlights for the board artists at boot Düsseldorf were the legendary Cable Mekka Awards. Around 500 riders and proud members of the community plus many friends met in the Cinema Filmkunstkino, to which the organizers of The Cable magazine and boot Düsseldorf had invited for the 20th awarding of the coveted trophies. Felix Georgii (Kranzegg) and Anne Freyer (Mannheim) were presented with the “Rider of the Year” awards. Eight other awards for exceptional performances and documentaries from the wakeboard world demonstrated the diversity of this growing community. At the height of the evening, Wakeboard veteran and boot presenter Clint Liddy was moved to tears. The Australian living in Frankfurt (“The Wakeboard Voice”) was honored for his lifetime achievement and said: “I never saw that coming. I am very happy that I can celebrate this matter of my heart here at boot with the entire industry.” And the industry had many reasons more to be pleased, as the Brand Manager of Liquid Force Germany put it. Karsten Krey said: “I have been at this trade fair for 40 years and can say: There was a buzzing this year! For the scene, the boot Düsseldorf is the highlight in winter.” The Pooltastic Wakeboard Contest in the flatwater pool was won by Nico von Lerchenfeld from Cologne, ahead of Pedro Caldas from Brazil and Germany’s Max Milde. Later in the week, the finest skimboard techniques and stylish moves were presented by leading European skimboarders. Semjon Szillat and Lydia Blanke won the “Battle of the boot” for their Team Skimzone Germany. As a sporty and a private couple, both showed how versatile this Sport can be for everyone.
